Private & Semi Private Yoga
My yoga lineage is in the tradition of Raja yoga, otherwise known as the “Royal Path or Eight-Fold Path”. Raja yoga is viewed as the royal pathway of attaining unity between the mind-body-spirit. In other words, it is a very holistic practice encompassing your entire being, rather than just one aspect.
I have additional trainings in pranayama (breathwork), yin yoga, restorative, mindfulness, yoga life coaching, yoga nidra and meditation.
My teachings take the approach that each of us shows up to the mat with unique bodies, stories and needs. I use the physical practice of yoga as a way to heal, strengthen and align body, mind and breath. I incorporate pranayama, meditation and yoga life coaching into my classes and private sessions.
